• Billboard™ utilizes a state of the art printing process on a 3/32” heavy duty tile surface, permanently bonded to a 3/8” resilient closed cell polymer sponge base. Over all thickness is 1/2”.Edges will be beveled.

• 12 standard colors to chose from. Custom or PMS color match available.

• 4 color process available and shown.

-12 Standard colors to choose from: see catalog. -Custom or PMS color match - $250.00 per color. - Art work for 1 to 5 spot color mats, submit in a Vector-based Illustrator file. Send the original layered files and supply any fonts or outline the fonts in the file. -Art work for the 4-color process, submit in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator with the placed image at 100 to 300 dpi at full size. Send the original layered files, not a flattened tiff or jpg and supply any fonts or outline the fonts in the file. -Please submit files with a color printout - Electronic proof in PDF layout is standard, we can also offer a “match print” color printout (25” x 38”) that is a representation of what the final product will look like for $625.00. Due to the variables involved in the process, the colors of the screen printed final product may vary slightly from the match print.
-If a full size prototype mat is required, please see price list for pricing. The setup charge is added to the prototype charge when ordering prototype. A 50% credit against prototype mat will be applied after receipt of order. -Setup charge will not apply to re-orders.
