Will I receive an order confirmation to my email?

You should always receive an Order Confirmation upon finishing your purchase. If you did not receive an email, please contact customer service during our business hours.

Whats the difference between a vinyl and a polyurethane mat?

A vinyl mat will have foam backing and a choice of two types of thickness, double sponge foam or single sponge foam. Polyurethane is a single molded piece of foam with a thickness of 1/2″.

Does each category of mat contain a different material?

Most of out mats are made of vinyl. The only mats that are made of a different material are our Comfort Craft. They are made of 100% Polyurethane.

Where can I make a claim if I have a defective mat?

Please go to our Shipping and Returns page and make a claim in the “Return” section.

Where are Rhino Mats Made?

Rhino Mats are proudly made in Houston, Texas with material made 100% in the U.S.A.

Can these mats be used in any type of flooring?

Yes, they can. They can be used on wood flooring, laminate, concrete, tile and many others.

Are there any warranty on the mats?

All of our mats have a 2 year limited warranty.

Do anti-fatigue mats actually reduce fatigue and increase productivity?

Yes, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970) recommends anti-fatigue mats. Anti-fatigue mats are specially designed and constructed to ease the physical strain that comes with long periods of standing on the job. Anti-fatigue mats reduce the stress that could lead to long-term injuries and they are also shown to worker improve productivity.

What is the life expectancy on these mats?

The life expectancy may vary depending on several but not limited factors such as: foot traffic and cleaning. This is a general guideline based on our customers’ experience (your experience may be different). All of our Salon Mats have about 3 to 5 years of life expectancy and they all have 2 year limited warranty.

All of our mats have a 5-7 day lead time, not including business hours.
